Maidenhead United were sent crashing out the FA Cup while Grimsby, Tamworth and Wrexham all progress to the second round.
Alex Rodman (15) opened the scoring for the hosts early on before Luke Guttridge (34) made sure of the victory shortly before the half-time whistle.
Grimsby Town managed to progress to the second round as they carved out a 1-0 victory over Football League opponents Port Vale.
Serge Makofo scored the only goal of the game to hand the Blue Square Bet Premier outfit the win.
Blue Square Bet Premier club Tamworth grabbed a injury time goal to scure a 1-0 victory over Hinckley United at The Lamb Ground.
Kieron St Aimie hit the heart breaking goal in the 90th minute to send their Blue Square Bet North opponents crashing out.
Wrexham United earned their place in the next round with a 2-1 victory over Blue Square Bet Premier rivals Cambridge United at Racecourse Ground.
Mathias Pogba (59) put the Red Dragons ahead just before the hour mark before Danny Wright (76) doubled the advantage soon after. Michael Wylde (87) headed home a late goal for the U's, but it would prove only a consolation.
