Cambridge United v Wrexham

Wrexham will be hoping to close the gap at the top of the Blue Square Bet Premier standings when they travel to the Abbey Stadium to take on Cambridge United on Saturday.

The Red Dragons have been bang in form this season, but two defeats in their last seven matches have allowed pace setters Fleetwood Town to extend their lead at the top to six points, although the second-placed outfit have a game in hand.

The U's, meanwhile, have not won any of their last three league encounters, leaving Jez George's men 12th in the standings,

In team news, United are set to name Robert Ambrusics on the bench again after the goalkeeper completed his move from Hungarian outfit Vasas SC earlier this week, although he is expected to only provide back-up for first-choice shot stopper Danny Naisbitt.

George also has left-back Ashley Corker and midfielder Harry Pell to call on after completing loan deals for the pair last week from Northampton and Hereford respectively.

For Wrexham, Neil Ashton is set to return after missing the previous outing through suspension, but Jake Speight is out after picking up his 10th yellow card of the season in the win over Darlington last time out

Speight joins Danny Wright on the suspension list, meaning the striking pair's absence should pave the way for Adrian Cieslewicz to impress up front.
