League leaders Southport will have the chance to secure their automatic promotion when Hyde United make the trip to Haig Avenue on Saturday afternoon.
AFC Telford play host to Corby Town at New Bucks Head with the visitors holding onto the slender hope of making the play-offs.
The Bucks have already missed out on the play-offs but the Steelmen still have a slender chance of stealing a spot depending on results elsewhere.
However, it will be a tough task for Corby as they would need to win all of their remaining three fixtures, while Droylsden and Hinckley would both have to lose all their remaining games.
Midtable Blyth Spartans can expect a stern test when promotion-chasing Fleetwood Town visit Croft Park.
Fleetwood trail Southport by just one point, but they have played one more game than the Sandgrounders.
Hinckley United will have the chance to move into the play-off zone when rock-bottom Harrogate Town make the trip to Greene King stadium.
The Knitters currently occupy sixth place in the league standings and a victory on Saturday would see them leapfrog Droylsden into fifth position.
Ilkeston Town entertain play-off contenders Alfreton Town at New Manor Ground as they aim to close the gap on the play-off zone.
The hosts are in the same boat as Corby Town, as they still mathematically have a chance of making the play-offs.
Ilkeston have picked up 54 points from 37 games, while Alfreton occupy third position with 67 points from 37 fixtures.
Workington will be looking to confirm their play-off status when they take on strugglers Solihull Moors at Damson Park.
Southport play host to Hyde United at Haig Avenue, where collecting all three points will on the agenda for Liam Watson's side.
If Fleetwood suffer defeat at Blyth Spartans, a win would see Watson's men cement their place in the next season's Blue Square Premier campaign.
Looking ahead to the clash, Watson told the Southport Visiter: "Every game is going to be hard now and every game is going to be nervous but all we need to do is get through them.
"It is important the fans are really behind us in the next three matches because everytime they have been this season we've done something, like get goals in the last minute.
"Their support on Wednesday night was great but we need them to follow that up on Saturday."
"Hyde have had a tough week and lost both their centre halves in the match with Workington with bad injuries. But it will not be an easy game because they are coming with nothing to play for which makes them a very dangerous proposition. We have just got to set ourselves up to win all three games."
Elsewhere, strugglers Stafford Rangers entertain Gainsborough Trinity at Marston Road, while 10th-placed Stalybridge Celtic prepare for the visit of ninth-placed Eastwood Town to Bower Fold.
