Blue Square North leaders Southport will hope to maintain their eight point lead at the top of the table when they face mid-table Solihull Moors while bottom-club Harrogate Town face a tricky test away to third-placed Eastwood Town.
Southport have fitness concerns with goalkeeper Tony McMillan a doubt while defender Kevin Lee has been ruled out for two weeks. Captain Adam Flynn picked up a yellow card on Monday which sees him out of the tie and boss Liam Watson has a tough job on his hands with a number of players facing suspensions.
Watson told the Southport Visiter: "I am now juggling and having to take into account bookings and suspensions but the only way to deal with it is to take every game as it comes."
Eastwood manager Paul Cox plans to ring the changes at Coronation Park after three successive defeats.
Cox told This is Derbyshire: "I have been very disappointed with results recently and it is important we get a victory tomorrow."
Second-placed Droylsden face fourth-placed Hinckley and with just two points separating the teams in the play-off places, there is a lot to play for. Both sides have been in good form of late but with Eastwood enjoying the easier of the weekend ties, nothing less than a victory will do.
Fleetwood Town, who occupy fifth place, take on mid-table AFC Telford with AFC chairman Lee Carter insisting his side can beat the more fancied Town.
He told the Shropshire Star: "It's going to be great. Fleetwood are the Harlem Globetrotters of Conference football, they seem to have bought everyone.
They are the opposite of what we are, they are splashing money left, right and centre while we live off what we generate. They are very different to us, but we are AFC Telford and we shouldn't be fearful of anyone coming here."
In other matches, Alfreton Town and Hyde come face to face with Alfreton another club in the middle of an injury crisis with assistant Russ O'Neill telling This is Derbyshire: "We have been absolutely murdered by injuries over the past few weeks
"On Tuesday, we were one player away from having half our squad out injured. No team at our level can get away with having six and seven players injured at one time."
Struggling Vauxhall Motors welcome seventh placed Corby Town to Rivacre Road and with just two wins all season, the Motormen have to pick up points to have any hopes of surviving the drop this season.
Eighth-placed Stalybridge take on ninth-placed Ilkeston Town while Gainsborough, who are in 20th take on 11th placed Workington. Gainsborough are three points better off than the two sides below them but have not found points easy to come by on their travels, leaving it wide open at the bottom with just four points separating them from 13th-placed Blyth Spartans.
In the day's other matches, Gloucester welcome Northwich, Stafford Rangers host Blyth Spartans and Farsley Celtic and Redditch face each other.
