League leaders Corby Town play host to fellow newcomers Gloucester City on Saturday afternoon, while second-placed Hyde prepare for the visit of Blyth Spartans.
AFC Telford will be looking to record a second consecutive victory when former Unibond League rivals Ilkeston Town visit the New Bucks Head.
The Bucks have brought in three new players ahead of the clash in the shape of central defender Shane Killock, left back Sean Newton and striker Dave Howarth.
The trio are likely to play some part in the fixture as manager Nicky Law has a number of players unavailable due to injury.
Ilkeston have made a decent start to the season and currently find themselves sitting in ninth place with eight points.
They have brought in attacking player Ben Fairclough from Notts County, while Grimsby Town goalkeeper Ed Eley has also joined the Robins.
Corby find themselves in pole position ahead of the visit of Gloucester City to Rockingham Triangle.
The Steelmen have won four of their five opening games and manager Graham Drury has hinted that he could make a few tweaks to his stating line-up.
He told Northants ET: "If you look at out game at Blyth Spartans last week, Mark Stallard had played every game and I wanted to rest him. He duly came off the bench to get the winner with his first goal for us," said Drury.
"As regards Brett, I thought John Turner would be a better attacking option out wide and Brett's not the kind of player who goes past
people out wide.
"He's really a central man but while Steve Towers and Gavin Strachan are pulling up trees in there, Brett knows he'll have to wait his chance.
"In fairness to him, he's told me he totally agrees with me."
Meanwhile, Diggin - top scorer for the past two seasons - and Lee have had to watch while Stallard and Leon Mettam take the striking slots.
"Diggs has really grown up," Drury added.
"I told him how much I thought he had grown up since I first met him.
"He really takes things on the chin and he doesn't like being left out and left on the bench, no-one does.
"But he works hard when he comes on and supports the side and that's what it's all about.
"Also Dave Deeney has yet to start this season.
"Yet after the Blyth game he was out there running round the pitch, keeping up to his fitness programmes and I thought that was tremendous."
Meanwhile, Gloucester boss Dave Mahew has revealed that he is looking to bring in Forest Green Rovers defender James Baldwin ahead of Saturday's clash.
He told the club's official website: "I feel James will supply competition to Tom Hamblin and Marc Richards at the heart of the defence, and brings with him considerable pace for a central defender, which is clearly important in this league.
"He is defiantly one for the future but a player able to play at this level as he proved in the pre season friendly for Forest Green against QPR."
Mahew has also revealed that striker Jack Pitcher and defender Matt Sysum will soon be leaving the club on loan deals.
He added: "Jack I feel needs to focus and after a bit of time away he'll come back all guns blazing as he did when he first came to the club.
"The door is not shut on either and hopefully Matt will improve his overall game, and Jack will come back chomping at the bit."
Third-placed Droylsden will be looking to maintain their recent good run of form when fourth-placed Fleetwood Town visit the Butchers Arms.
The Bloods have won their last two outings in a convincing fashion but they will need to be wary of a Fleetwood Town squad who are also in fine fettle.
Fleetwood boss Micky Mellon is poised to make a number of changes for Saturday's clash.
He told the club's official website: "Chris Williams has damaged his hand at work and Steven Connors is doubtful with hamstring trouble.
"Tom Cahill is still feeling the affects of bruised ribs he picked up in training."
Sixth-placed Eastwood Town play host to mid-table Hinckley Town, while Farsley Celtic welcome 14th-placed Gainsborough to Throstle Nest.
Second-placed Hyde United entertain 17th-placed Blyth Spartans at Ewen Fields, while 18th-placed Redditch prepare for the visit of seventh-placed Alfreton Town.
