Alfreton Town will look to continue the scintillating form they've displayed thus far when they host Vauxhall Motors at the Impact Arena on Saturday.
The Reds have won both their 2009/10 season opening fixtures 3-0 and find themselves at the summit of the Blue Square North table, albeit on goal difference.
Manager Nicky Law has no injury worries and is likely to opt for the same starting line-up for a third consecutive game.
Motors kicked off their 2009-10 campaign with a hard-fought draw - but failed to build on that form when they slumped 3-0 at Harrogate Town.
Newly promoted Corby have hit the ground running, claiming maximum points from their first two clashes. They now face a tough trip to Stalybridge Celtic, who have won one and lost one.
Corby club chairman Peter Mallinger told the Evening Telegraph: "I'm absolutely delighted with the start. We couldn't have done any better really.
"I think we've got every chance of a top-five or six spot. Whether we've got enough to win the championship itself we'll have to find out, but I think we've got every chance."
Southport are the only other side to have claimed maximum points thus far. They travel to another promoted side, Ilkeston Town.
Town boss Kevin Wilson has been critical of his side and insists they need to improve at both ends of the pitch.
He told ThisIsNottingham: "We need to be a lot tighter and more organised at the back because we have conceded two goals in both of our two opening games.
"I want us to go forward and create chances but I also want us to be harder to beat. We have also missed a lot of chances, so we have to be more clinical in front of goal.
"We have to improve in both penalty areas. I was delighted to get the first win but there is still plenty of room for improvement.
"We have to be more consistent. I'm looking for the perfect game. I was disappointed with the first half against Redditch and the second half against Droylsden.
"I'm looking for a performance from my players over the full 90 minutes. Southport are a good footballing side and will give us a tough test but I want us to make the New Manor Ground a fortress."
Richie Holmes looks set to miss the game with a slight hamstring problem. Striker Joe Harris is still recovering from a thigh injury but Gary Ricketts has shaken off a dead leg and looks like starting.
AFC Telford have been widely tipped as favourites to win the league but have suffered a stuttering start to the season, managing one win and a draw.
They now pit their wits against Fleetwood who, backed by multi-millionaire chairman Andy Pilley, have invested heavily in their playing squad over the summer - the stand-out signing being the £17,000 capture of centre-back Steve McNulty from Barrow.
But it is a sign of the embarrassment of riches at boss Micky Mellon's disposal that McNulty is yet to make his starting line-up.
"They're the Man City of the league," said Telford chief Rob Smith. "It will be a big occasion."
