Stalybridge Celtic play host to AFC Telford at Bower fold on Tuesday evening, while Alfreton Town prepare to take on Solihull Moors at the Impact Arena.
Alfreton Town prepare for their first home game of the season with the visit of Solihull Moors to the Impact Arena on Tuesday night.
The Reds got their campaign off to flying start with a 3-0 win at Farsley on Saturday and manager Nicky Law has the luxury of a fully-fit squad to choose from in midweek.
Solihull find themselves sitting in 15th place after their opening day defeat to Fleetwood Town at Damson Park.
Blyth Spartans face another tough game on Tuesday after recording an encouraging 1-1 draw at title favourites AFC Telford on Saturday.
Midfielder Robbie Dale scored Blyth's goal but had to substituted just before half time with a knee injury.
Spartans boss Mick Tait told the club's official website: "We're keen to have it scanned as soon as possible.
"He aggravated the injury on Saturday and if it is cartilage trouble he could be out for a while."
Looking ahead to Tuesday's home tie with Southport, Tait added: "We know what we're in for - another hard game.
"I don't know if they are better than Telford or not but we will need to show the same application and commitment as we did on Saturday combined with a little more attacking emphasis.
"We aim to be a bit more dominant. I'm also hoping we get a good crowd in to support the lads."
Southport battled their way to a 3-2 victory over newcomers Gloucester City at the weekend and manager Liam Watson is now looking to avenge last season's 1-0 loss to Blyth.
He told the Southport Visiter: "It is important we go to Blyth and put on a performance because we let ourselves down there last season and it is a long trek so is a nice one to get out of the way early doors."
Fleetwood Town play host to Hyde United at Highbury Stadium after picking up three points on the opening day of the campaign.
Hyde also recorded a win in their opening match against Stafford Rangers at Ewen Fields and will undoubtedly be looking to extend their winning record.
Relegated Northwich Victoria are looking for their first win of the season after being held to a 1-1 draw by fellow newcomers Eastwood Town.
The Vics found the going tough at Eastwood on Saturday and manager Andy Preece will be looking for a positive response from his players in midweek.
Mark Cadwallader returns to contention after serving a suspension, but midfielder Ian Herring misses out again after picking up a red card during a pre-season friendly with Altrincham.
Farsley have started the season with a ten-point deduction and things went from bad to worse on Saturday as they slumped to 3-0 defeat at the hands of Alfreton Town.
