Alfreton Town moved to the top of the Blue Square Bet North standings with an emphatic 4-1 win over Blyth Spartans at Croft Park on Saturday.
A brace from Jake Moult, an own-goal from Michael Tait and a late strike from Liam Hearn gave Nicky Law's charges the three points.
The Reds made their intentions clear from the start and they grabbed the lead in the third minute through Moult.
An own goal by Spartans' Tait saw the visitors double their advantage, but Alfreton returned the favour when Aden Flint bundled the ball into his own net to make it 2-1.
However, any hope Mick Tait's charges had of getting back into the game disappeared when Moult netted his second of the evening in the 54th minute from the penalty spot.
Hearn then wrapped up the three points when he also scored a penalty in the 75th minute.
AFC Telford dropped their first points of the season as they played out a 1-1 draw away at bottom-of-the-table Redditch.
Andy Sinton's men got off to the perfect start as they led after just a minute courtesy of Steven Abbott.
However, Matthew Smith's equaliser after fifteen minutes levelled things up and that was the way it ended after 90 minutes.
Workington also failed to win for the first time this term as they were held to a 1-1 stalemate by Gainsborough Trinity at the Northolme.
David Hewson's 24th minute strike seemed to have given the Reds the victory, but with two minutes to play Andrew Milne popped up with a goal to earn his side a share of the spoils.
Boston United moved up to fourth place in the standings as they thrashed Harrogate Town 6-3 in a nine-goal thriller at the CNG Stadium.
The visitors were four goals to the good after just 25 minutes as strikes by Shaun Pearson (12), Richard Pell (og 18), Jamie Yates (20) and Anthony Church (24) saw them exert their complete dominance on the game.
Liam Hardy pulled back a goal for the home side in the 25th minute, but any faint hope the Sulphurites had of clawing their way back into the tie were put to bed when Spencer Weir-Daley made it 5-1 in the 32nd minute.
Adam Nowakowski eased the embarrassment for Simon Weaver's men when he made it 5-2 in the 39th minute, however, things went from bad to worse for Town when Ryan Semple made it six for the visitors on the stroke of half-time.
Liam Hardy netted a consolation in the 71st minute, but it proved too little too late on a miserable afternoon for Harrogate.
Nuneaton Town moved into the last play-off spot with a 2-1 win over Stalybridge Celtic at Liberty Way.
Goals from Lee Moore (40) and Kyle Storer (59) gave the home side a 2-0 lead before Connor Jennings (73) netted for Celtic, but Kevin Wilkin's troops held on for the win.
Corby Town slipped down to seventh following their 2-1 defeat at Eastwood Town.
The Steelmen took the lead in the 11th minute through Glenn Walker, but the Badgers came from behind as goals from Adam Muller (19) and Matthew Rhead (44) gave them the three points.
