Lee Molyneaux has left Evesham United after a week to sign for Blue Square North club for Gloucester City.
26-year-old Molyneaux began his career at Portsmouth before moves to Weymouth and Derry City.
Oxford United then came calling and he played twenty-five league matches for the U's before spells with Basingstoke Town, Cirencester and Forest Green Rovers. He joined Clevedon last year and looked set to be a Evesham player for the remainder of this season but The Robins have allowed him to join up with The Tigers.
City manager Dave Mehew told the club's official website: "I have done a deal with Lee until the end of the season, and he goes straight into the squad for the match against Solihull Borough on Tuesday.
"I would like to place on record my thanks to Paul West and Evesham United, who signed Lee only last week, but agreed to waive the seven-day notice period to allow us to sign Lee quickly."
Mehew also revealed that Lee Marshall has been put on the transfer list.
Mehew said: "I would like to thank Lee for his commitment to the club since he arrived, but at times he has been struggling, and I believe Conference Regional football may have come just a little early in his career, perhaps its time to step back and consolidate a little.
"We will be looking for a small fee for Lee as he is a contracted player."
