Alfreton Town go into Saturday's penultimate league game of the season at home to Redditch United looking to end a losing run of three straight league defeats and four in a row in all competitions.
And the Reds will also be aiming for a first win at home in the league in four games.
The first game of the season between the two clubs ended in a 1-1 draw in Worcestershire back in early September.
Redditch arrive in 12th place with 52 points from 39 games but only 18 of those points have come on their travels.
The Reds have slipped to 17th with 45 points from 40 games.
Fifth-placed Barrow prepare for the visit of Tamworth to Holker Street as they look to keep their promotion campaign on track.
The Bluebirds extended their unbeaten run to 15 with a 1-1 draw against league champions Kettering at Holker Street on Tuesday and will be high on confidence heading into Saturday's encounter.
AFC director Tony Keen told the North-West Evening Mail: "A betting man would favour us as the Tamworth and Worcester games are there to be won.
"The fans were brilliant against Kettering and we are hoping for another two big pushes."
Tamworth boss Gary Mills will hand a late fitness test to Graeme Law, who is struggling with a hamstring pull.
Dominic Langdon could feature after returning from his injury at Leigh, but Craig McAughtrie is suspended.
Boston United prepare to face Blyth Spartans at the Staffsmart Stadium on Saturday in their penultimate Blue Square North fixture of the campaign.
Pilgrims boss Tommy Taylor will hand a late fitness test to Micky Nuttell (ankle) and Matt O'Halloran, who is struggling with a hernia problem.
Eighteenth-placed Blyth need just one point to guarantee their survival in Blue Square North and will certainly provide stiff opposition for Taylor's men.
Looking ahead to the weekend's fixture, Taylor told bufc.co.uk: "It will be land of the giants against Blyth on Saturday. They are arguably the tallest team in the division, so we will need to defend properly, especially from set-pieces.
"We lost 2-1 at Blyth earlier in the season and that is a game that we shouldn't have lost. We got punished for two silly errors during the second half, after Ashley Nicholls had given us the lead at half-time.
"Our aim is to finish the season with two victories and hopefully we can achieve that and finish in the top half of the table."
Liam Watson's Burscough side will be looking to complete the double over Gainsborough Trinity when they visit Victoria Park.
The Linnets beat Gainsborough 1-0 at Northolme early in November but they face a Trinity side in good form this time around.
10th-placed Gainsborough have only lost just once in their last nine games and will be focused on further extending their good run of form.
Watson will hand late fitness tests to Matty McGinn, Allan Smart and Chris Price, who were injured during the Workington victory.
Trinity will be without midfielder Lewis McMahon who is serving a suspension but midfielder Danny Anson is available following a ban.
Harrogate Town will look to secure their play-off berth on Saturday afternoon when relegation-threatened Hucknall make the trip to Wetherby Road.
Maximum points from this match, at Tamworth on Tuesday evening, and back at Wetherby Road on Saturday 28 April against Workington is needed if they wish to clinch a promotion play-off spot.
Hucknall Town currently sit in the relegation zone and travel to Harrogate sitting four points behind 19th place Hinckley United with both teams having two games left to play.
A win for Hinckley United on Saturday at already relegated Vauxhall Motors would see Hucknall relegated, whatever the result at Wetherby Road.
League champions Kettering welcome Workington to the A-Line Arena on Saturday and it promises to be an emotional event, as the Poppies will be presented with the Blue Square North championship trophy on the final whistle.
Poppies boss Mark Cooper will serve the third match of a five-game touchline ban on Saturday but will certainly be on the pitch following the completion of the 90 minutes.
Workington's 21-year-old goalkeeper Aaran Taylor is pushing for a starting berth after making his third start of the season in Tuesday night's 1-0 home defeat against Burscough.
Popular Reds player Dave Hewson was carried off during the Burscough game with an ankle injury and it is feared the the injury may end his playing career.
Leigh RMI play host to mid-table Worcester City on Saturday for what is the penultimate game to ever take place at Hilton Park.
RMI's brand new home at the Leigh Sports Village is taking shape and they will relocate following it's imminent completion.
Leigh's relegation has already been confirmed but they will be keen to lift themselves off the foot of the table in their last match of the campaign.
Worcester manager Richard Dryden spoke to the Worcester News ahead of the match and said: "We have been hurt the last couple of weeks with how results have gone and are desperate to get back on the winning trail and finish the season on a bit of a high.
"There's no point going all the way up there and starting to play when you are a goal down.
"I would encourage them to play like they did in the second-half on Monday but you can't sweep it under the carpet.
"If you keep doing that, nothing will change.
"If we turn up like we did at Blyth and go through the motions, we will get spanked."
City are likely to name an unchanged squad although Troy Wood's performance as a substitute against Redditch could mark him out for a starting place.
Graham Ward and George Clegg remain on the sidelines, while Will Ricketts has left the club following a spell of work experience.
Solihull Moors prepare for the visit of Hyde United to Damson Park this weekend as they look to build on their midweek win over Blyth.
The Moors picked up a vital victory at Croft Park on Tuesday evening and will be keen open a bigger gap on the drop zone.
Hyde are currently in ninth place on the Blue Square North table but have missed out on a play-off place with just a handful of games left in the campaign.
The Bucks are currently third in the Blue Square North and will be looking to secure their place when they travel to fellow high-flyers Stalybridge on Saturday.
Stalybridge manager Steve Burr is sweating on the fitness of Lee Ellington, who has spent the last three weeks on the sidelines.
"They beat us at their place, so we want to beat them at ours," Burr told the Tameside Advertiser.
"We were disappointing that particular day and I was quite angry after that game with the way we defended - or didn't defend.
"I've said to the lads that I want to finish second and it's in our own hands. I want to finish in the play-offs and our aim is to stay in second place."
Telford will have to make do without Rob Smith again after the FA rejected his appeal against a six-match touchline ban.
Chairman Lee Carter told his club's official website: "We are obviously very disappointed.
"We just have to take it and get on with it. Victories will soon get rid of the bad taste that has been left by this."
Relegated Vauxhall Motors play host to relegation-threatened Hinckley United at Rivacre Park as they hope to bounce back from defeat at the hands of Stalybridge last weekend.
Skipper Criag Robinson suffered an injury in the first half of that defeat and had to receive treatment for a deep cut on the sidelines.
Alan Griffiths subsequently took over the captains armband but he too had to be substituted due to injury.
Hinckley are sitting just four points clear of the drop zone and will be focused on opening a larger gap on Hucknall Town.
