Lewis McMahon
Lewis McMahon has agreed a new contract with Blue Square North club Gainsborough Trinity keeping him at the Northolme until next season.
The midfielder has been highly influential in Trinity's campaign since joining the club in the summer - netting 10 goals thus far and notching up several man of the match displays.
The former Sheffield Wednesday star has attracted attention from a number of sides, including League Two outfit Lincoln City, but decided to stay on at the Northolme.
Manager Steve Charles revealed his delight at McMahon's commitment and hinted that a few other players could also receive new contracts.
He told Non-League Daily: "I'm delighted. Lewis McMahon is a key player for us.
"He's very happy here. He's enjoying his football, he likes the set-up, and he believes the ambition of the club and the way we are trying to go.
"We will hopefully be securing the services of a few more of the lads soon. We are talking to them at the moment."
