Jon Froggatt
Striker Jon Froggatt is set to start his first game in over two months this Saturday afternoon when Boston United play host to Burscough.
The 26-year-old frontman has spent the last two months on the sidelines with a troublesome back injury, slowly making his return to the first team with two substitute appearances recently.
Although short of match fitness, United's top scorer is likely to come into the frontline in the place of the man signed to act as his cover, Micky Nuttell.
United boss Tommy Taylor was delighted at the prospect of handing Froggatt a start, although he refused to rule out the impact Nuttell can still have on games.
"We are ready to give Jon a start tomorrow, but I expect the rest of the side to remain as it was on Tuesday," he told the Sports Echo.
"He has been missed, but then any team always misses its good players and it will be good to see him back in the starting line-up.
"He is the sort of player that holds the ball up well and is good with his back to the goal.
"He is very good at bringing other players into the game.
"We signed Micky to give us cover while Jon Froggatt was out of the side and he has been good for us."
"He is a similar kind of player who also brings other players into the game, but he will start on the bench tomorrow."
